Funds Policy

If a buyer/borrower/seller is required to bring funds to closing, Allegiance Title of Tennessee, LLC will accept a personal check up to $500; a cashier's check up to $10,000.00 and all funds over $10,000.00 must be wired. ALL CASH TRANSACTIONS WILL REQUIRE FUNDS TO BE DELIVERED VIA WIRE TRANSFER REGARDLESS OF AMOUNT.
